Analyst Relations Coordinator – Costa Rica

SentinelOne is seeking an Analyst Relations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of its analyst relations program. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of marketing operations and industry analyst engagement within a fast‑growing cybersecurity company.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end scheduling of analyst briefings, inquiry calls, and research participation sessions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and analyst firm contacts.
• Maintain a master calendar of analyst interactions, publication windows, and key research cycles.
• Send meeting invitations, distribute agendas, and ensure participants receive required materials in advance.
• Track and follow up on scheduling requests from analyst firms with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for analyst firm portals, licensing renewals, and subscription management.
• Maintain and regularly update an analyst contact database, capturing firm coverage areas, primary contacts, and engagement history.
• Draft and send routine correspondence to analyst contacts.
