AI Support Specialist

About the role

West Monroe is looking for a motivated, service‑oriented AI Support Specialist to join its IT team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for AI‑related support, ensuring stable performance, responsible usage, and effective adoption of AI‑powered tools across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and administration for AI‑enabled platforms, monitoring performance, usage patterns, and system health.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, including integrations, and coordinate escalations with leadership or vendors.
• Implement and maintain governance controls related to data security, compliance, and responsible AI usage.
• Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge‑base articles to aid user adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to create practical use‑case guides and support testing of new AI features before firm‑wide release.
• Track support metrics, usage trends, and feedback to inform improvement priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting enterprise technology solutions, preferably SaaS or AI‑enabled tools.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and disciplined documentation practices.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work collaboratively with users, administrators, and vendors.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.
