AI Engineer – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to build intelligent systems that drive automation, analytics, conversational AI, and predictive capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments.
• Build and optimise AI‑powered applications using large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
• Create intelligent automation workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Fine‑tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning models for performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI features into existing platforms alongside software engineers and product teams.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Monitor AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.
