Admin & Security Ops Coordinator

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Admin & Security Ops Coordinator to provide real‑time end‑user support, manage Slack‑based support queues, and oversee M365 log monitoring and threat escalation. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage remote ITIL triage and ensure all support requests meet SLA targets.
• Provide real‑time end‑user assistance via a Slack‑based support queue across multiple channels.
• Track application bugs using the internal bug tracker and conduct root‑cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
• Perform routine M365 log monitoring, handle threat escalations, and support organization‑wide vulnerability management.
• Create and maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams for swift issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support administration.
• Hands‑on experience with ITIL triage, Slack‑based support queues, and application bug tracking.
• Familiarity with M365 log monitoring, threat escalation, and vulnerability management workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
