Workday HCM Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to join BairesDev’s remote team. The consultant will lead the implementation and optimisation of Workday Human Capital Management and Financial modules for global clients, translating business requirements into robust system configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and functional configuration of Workday HCM and Financials.
• Design, develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Create and manage complex data models with Calculated Fields to support reporting and business logic.
• Configure and maintain the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee data migration, high‑volume data loads and ongoing data management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday HCM or functional implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering full‑cycle Workday deployments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to system solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
