Warehouse Supervisor – Material Handling Team Lead

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead its material handling team, covering shipping, receiving, kitting, and cycle counting. The role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement in a regulated medical-device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the entire material handling team, ensuring accurate transaction processing and compliance with ISO 13485 and company policies.
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and oversee the cycle-count program to maintain ERP data integrity.
• Plan, organize, and schedule departmental activities to meet production and product-development needs, coordinating material and system requirements to minimize downtime.
• Supervise staff, manage time-and-attendance, and deliver both general and product-specific training.
• Ensure all documentation complies with the site Quality Management System and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of warehousing and materials-management experience, preferably in medical-device manufacturing and in a leadership role.
• Intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong organizational and leadership potential with experience in monitoring, reporting, and driving metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Made2Manage ERP or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles for process improvement.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP business functions.
• Technical report writing ability.
