Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This entry‑level position works under direct supervision and contributes to the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Unpack, label, and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders following guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform basic inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment for hospitals.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment after proper training.
• Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
