Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the CEO in a fully remote, full‑time capacity. The role is open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will bring experience from law, teaching, healthcare admin, marketing, or hospitality to a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Admin: Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
• Operational: Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate internal projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership or customer‑service role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Trainer, Account Manager).
• C1 level English, written and spoken.
• At least one prior role with a minimum 2‑year tenure.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Proactive by default, not by request.
