Travel Advisor (Remote Consultant)

About the role

Join Namu Travel Group as a remote Travel Advisor and help travelers design unforgettable journeys across Central America and beyond. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients from their first inquiry through the completion of their trips.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with travelers to understand their goals, preferences, and budget.
• Design customized itineraries and travel proposals.
• Recommend accommodations, tours, and transportation options.
• Manage client communication, itinerary revisions, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with local partners and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for international travel and learning about destinations.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Flexibility to serve clients across North American time zones.
