About the role

We are looking for a TikTok & Content Marketing Specialist to join a fast‑growing SaaS startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering client campaigns, creating engaging content, and leveraging AI tools to boost marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, set up workspaces, maintain documentation, and track project milestones.
• Provide clear weekly updates, manage client communications, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with content teams to schedule and publish blogs, SEO assets, and TikTok/social media posts.
• Support campaign logistics, use AI tools for research and content creation, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, suggest workflow enhancements, and explore new marketing formats.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content, digital, or social media marketing, campaign management, or customer success.
• Experience in a startup, agency, or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
