About the role

The Automotive Refrigeration Technician will ensure optimal operation of vehicle cooling equipment and related systems through preventive and corrective maintenance. This role supports continuous production quality and contributes to internal and external customer satisfaction at Dos Pinos.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive and commercial refrigeration units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement timely solutions.
• Manage work orders, spare parts, and consumables using internal systems.
• Plan service routes to maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain responsibility for tools, assets, and assigned resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee operational continuity.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Refrigeration (INA or technical college).
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining automotive or commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Availability for rotating shifts and on‑site work.

Required skills

• Refrigeration system maintenance.
• Electrical diagnostics and diagram interpretation.
• Use of refrigeration tools and equipment.
• Handling of refrigerant gases.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and record‑keeping systems.
