About the role

The Automotive Refrigeration Technician ensures optimal performance of vehicle cooling systems and related equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. This position supports continuous operation, product quality, and safety for internal and external customers of Dos Pinos.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive and commercial refrigeration units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement timely solutions.
• Manage work orders, spare parts, and consumables using internal systems.
• Plan service routes to maximize resource efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain tools, assets, and assigned resources responsibly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee operational continuity.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Refrigeration (INA or technical college).
• Valid B1 driving license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining automotive or commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Availability for rotating shifts and on‑site work.
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and cooperative values.

Required skills

• Electrical diagram interpretation.
• Refrigerant gas handling.
• Automotive refrigeration system maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and record‑keeping systems.
