Technical Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to deliver high‑quality on‑site support for our filling machine portfolio. The role involves ensuring reliable operation, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical service to guarantee effective and reliable operation of filling machines at customer sites and reinstate equipment into production.
• Perform on‑site analysis, troubleshooting and problem‑solving for equipment issues.
• Help reduce customers’ operational costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain continuous positive relationships with customers, offering support and follow‑up on concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports in a timely manner.
• Promote product quality and ensure a safe working environment.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the line leader.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience with filling machines.
• Good understanding of Lamipak product applications on filling machines.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings and diagrams.
• Strong English communication skills.
