Technical Project Manager – Program Management (Advisors & Consulting Services)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead program‑management initiatives within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. In this role you will drive delivery of strategic assets and services that help clients across banking, retail, and other industries transform their digital payments capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for delivery outcomes, coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, clearly defining team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive mitigation plans to protect timelines and quality.
• Ensure realization of expected benefits and value for both Mastercard and client organizations.
• Act as the Center of Engagement, aligning stakeholders across Mastercard and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software‑related projects in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Strong leadership skills across scope, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and value realization.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities to define and track project benefits.
