Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead multiple high‑impact projects across Global Financial Systems, AI, Data & Visualizations, and Operations. Using Agile methodologies, you will ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for complex technical initiatives, including planning, development, testing, implementation, and hyper‑care.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign responsibilities, and develop realistic project plans to meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• Identify and proactively resolve roadblocks, escalating issues as needed to avoid impacts.
• Maintain frequent communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership to keep projects on track.
• Support pipeline management and ensure smooth production releases and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical project management experience, including 5+ years managing complex software projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid methodologies across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
