About the role
BRYSK Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple client engagements. The role sits at the intersection of project management, client advisory and hands‑on systems work, focusing on operational automation using no‑code/low‑code platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline and quality.
- Serve as primary client contact, lead discovery sessions, translate operational pain points into system solutions and keep stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate structured meetings, drive decisions and surface risks or blockers early.
- Work alongside Solutions Engineers on active tickets, breaking down requirements into clear task plans and contributing hands‑on with tools such as Make, Airtable and Softr.
- Configure, set up workflows, perform QA and maintain internal delivery frameworks, documentation and playbooks.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in project management, operations or client‑facing delivery roles.
- High comfort with structured productivity tools (Notion, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with at least one automation or no‑code platform (Make, Zapier, Airtable or similar), even if self‑taught.
- Strong communication skills to run client meetings and coordinate teams.
