Technical Project Manager - Delivery

About the role

UST is searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of managing complex initiatives, driving cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery governance.
• Coordinate with business, product, engineering, and support teams to achieve project objectives.
• Track progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT project/program management and delivery leadership.
• Proven experience delivering application development, integration, modernization, or transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
