Technical Instructor – HPE Networking Aruba

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver high‑impact training on HPE Aruba networking solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise with a strong classroom presence, supporting customers, partners, and employees across North America and occasional global engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual, and event‑based settings.
• Train audiences on campus access, switching, cloud‑based network management, security, and SD‑WAN technologies.
• Manage the full training lifecycle: consult, scope, tailor delivery, run beta courses, certification workshops, and proctor exams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and support new course launches.
• Provide actionable feedback to course development teams based on learner interactions.
• Represent HPE Networking Education Services with professionalism and a customer‑success mindset.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, pre‑sales, network consulting, or implementation/support of LAN/WAN, security, or internet services.
• Strong wireless networking background with additional expertise in switching, security, and cloud‑based network management.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification.
• One or more certifications such as ACP‑S, ACP‑NS, or APC‑Central.
