About the role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) acts as a hands‑on technical advisor and trusted strategic partner for Zuora customers. You will dive deep into the Zuora platform, designing workflows, analyzing data models, writing SQL queries, and advising on API integrations while guiding customers on how to architect and scale their subscription businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement subscription workflows and data models on the Zuora platform.
- Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
- Design, test, and debug REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Provide strategic advisory to executives and technical teams, building long‑term relationships.
- Manage multiple customer projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on SaaS/enterprise application experience, preferably with ERP, CRM, Billing or Revenue platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, data validation, troubleshooting).
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and ability to design integrations.
- Background in computer or software engineering, solution architecture or technical consulting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both executives and technical teams.
