Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across our Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews and written communications, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, including calls, screenings, emails and workflow steps.
• Compare performance against defined standards, scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues, performance gaps and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and monitor outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
