Talent Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Talent Data Analyst to transform raw talent data into actionable insights. You will work closely with the Talent team and business stakeholders to build data solutions that drive better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a data solution for the talent funnel, defining KPIs and metrics from scratch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs, query data sources, and create datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Cleanse and transform data, deploy reports to analysis tools, and maintain documentation of the operational environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and visualising data.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach and disciplined implementation skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• SQL and relational data modelling.
• Python (or similar) for data manipulation and ETL processes.
• Experience with SSIS or comparable ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms and data‑visualisation tools.
