Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JLL Business Services is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business functions in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role blends hands‑on recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence to deliver a world‑class hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management for assigned units.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Experience Partners to define job requirements, recruitment strategies and hiring goals.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines via job portals, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding and maintain data integrity in the ATS.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of full‑cycle, high‑volume recruitment experience in an international corporate environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume recruiting projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Workday, Smartsheet and other collaboration technologies (preferred).
