Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑Cycle Recruiting

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions. Working closely with hiring managers, HR partners and business leaders, you will ensure high‑quality hires, faster time‑to‑fill and an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing to offer and pre‑boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements and selection criteria.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and rigorous selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records and recruitment metrics while ensuring compliance with background‑screening policies.
• Coordinate offers, pre‑boarding activities and seamless hand‑offs to HR Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, sharing market insights and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through proactive communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) across technical and non‑technical roles.
• Proven consultative recruiting ability with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong communication, influence and stakeholder‑management skills; advanced English preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Expertise with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet reporting capabilities.
• Experience building and interpreting dashboards and data reports.
