Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is building a talent marketplace that connects pre‑vetted professionals with remote, mission‑critical administrative roles in the medical, dental and insurance sectors. The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the TA Lead by sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews to keep the candidate pipeline robust and responsive, especially for urgent hiring requests (ETR).

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards and professional platforms to build a strong talent pool for PE, PK and CR roles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and participate in urgent (ETR) interview cycles.
• Evaluate candidate fit against job requirements and TA guidelines, documenting feedback accurately.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure smooth progression through the hiring pipeline.
• Keep ATS/CRM records up‑to‑date, guaranteeing data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Assist the TA Lead with rapid sourcing and fast‑turnaround interviews for high‑priority positions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer success or operations.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
