Tableau Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Tableau Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights. In this role you will partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators, design intuitive dashboards, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into visual analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that are accurate, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring data quality and consistency across sources.
• Translate complex data sets into clear visual stories that support executive and operational decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of BI standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Tableau dashboard development.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders.
• Solid SQL skills and experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities in English.
