Supply Chain Order Management Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Order Management Manager will lead order management and customer service operations for the Polyurethanes division across North and South America. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role ensures an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for order processing, planning, logistics and manufacturing interfaces.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, implement best practices and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Recruit, coach, mentor and retain talent, overseeing performance management and succession planning.
• Identify and streamline inefficient or missing processes, remove operational roadblocks and support escalations.
• Act as the voice of the team in cross‑functional projects to deliver results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica and a valid passport with U.S. visa.
• Willingness to work onsite at the AFZ office in Heredia on the required days.
• Proven leadership experience in a complex supply‑chain environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence across functions.
