Supply Chain Manager

About the role

East West is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Costa Rica, focusing on visibility, supplier performance, compliance and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end supply chain management
• Purchasing and supplier management
• Materials planning (MRP)
• Inventory and warehouse control
• Logistics and transportation
• Supplier evaluation and performance
• Process improvement and cost optimization
• Team leadership and development

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of supply chain management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in international purchasing, import/export management, materials planning (MRP) and inventory control
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP or equivalents
• Strong command of logistics and procurement performance indicators (OTIF, Fill Rate, Cost per Shipment, Inventory Accuracy)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and traceability procedures
• Advanced English communication, negotiation and documentation skills
