Supply Chain Analyst – Inventory Control

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst will support operational activities related to inventory management for AWS infrastructure supply chain operations. This position ensures accurate inventory records, resolves operational issues, and maintains efficient processes across data centers, DBS hubs, and rack integrator partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and execute daily allocation processes and manage inventory holds and releases.
• Review and resolve invoices on hold, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Create and manage purchase orders with AWS approval workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries, status updates, and track key inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory processes and support business reviews with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Related studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems and large‑dataset analysis.
