Supervisor de Ventas HFC

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor (HFC) to lead and coordinate our field sales team. The role focuses on planning, executing and monitoring sales activities to meet growth targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily field work for the sales team and provide necessary promotional materials.
• Submit weekly work‑plan proposals to the GTM Commercial Lead.
• Accompany the sales force on the street, verify compliance with plans and produce daily sales forecasts.
• Maintain full headcount, minimize turnover and handle administrative paperwork for new customers.
• Develop and implement commercialization strategies for direct and indirect channels (dealers, retail, cooperatives, etc.).
• Drive healthy sales indicators by monitoring first and second invoice payments.
• Strengthen relationships with indirect channels to achieve set targets.
• Promote self‑management and process automation within the sales force.
• Ensure achievement of metrics such as early churn, NPS, revenue, sales mix and ARPU.
• Oversee training, installation follow‑up, service withdrawals and identify improvement opportunities.
• Report competitor network expansions and identify new sales opportunities through BTL activations and zone analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar supervisory roles, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods or telecom.
• Proven track record of street‑level coaching and managing a sales team.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
