Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design and evaluate AI training environments that mimic real‑world consulting engagements. This remote, project‑based role will translate authentic consulting work into structured tasks for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy data.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables and evaluation frameworks.
