Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects with global impact.
• Analyze complex operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
• Support network modeling, forecasting, capacity planning and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop Smartsheet applications and support system integrations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and executive teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree or specialization in a related field.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification completed.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analytics or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, automation, RPA and AI tools.
• Experience in multicultural and global environments.
