About the role
The Strategic Program Manager will lead internal projects, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office in Heredia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal project delivery, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships at mid to upper levels.
- Lead project teams of up to 20 members, including internal and external resources.
Required profile
- First‑level university degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
- Ability to handle medium to high‑risk, moderately complex projects.
Required skills
- In‑depth understanding of services operational policies, processes and project management methodologies.
- Experience with PMP certification path.
