Storage Program Manager

About the role

This hybrid position leads cross‑functional teams to deliver HPE Storage product programs, ensuring timely product releases, readiness, and service support while working on‑site two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more storage programs across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, services, quality, finance and go‑to‑market teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, dependencies and risk registers.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align progress, adjust schedules and allocate resources.
• Drive execution of product releases, documentation, launch support and sustaining initiatives.
• Identify, track and mitigate program risks, issues and critical‑path activities.
• Communicate status, decisions and escalations to stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of program management experience in technology or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgment.
