Staffing Account Manager

Join an award‑winning organization delivering world‑class staffing solutions. You will support the management and operational execution of key national and regional staffing accounts across technical, engineering, life sciences, and non‑IT sectors in Costa Rica and the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and penetrating existing client accounts to fulfill staffing needs promptly.
• Support account planning and ensure ongoing client satisfaction through clear, proactive communication.
• Relay accurate client requirements, priorities, and feedback directly to the recruiting team.
• Assist with 360‑degree candidate screening and compliance checks prior to client submittals.
• Track account metrics, client scorecards, and recruitment performance ratios.
• Help optimize submittal turnaround times while maintaining high candidate quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or client account support (contingent staffing or MSP environment preferred).
• Familiarity with IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Non‑IT recruiting domains.
• Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
