Staff Education Services Operations Specialist

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Staff Education Services Operations Specialist to drive commercial growth, profitability, and market expansion of Education Services in the assigned region. You will own the regional training and certification business strategy and be accountable for revenue, bookings, margin, and customer engagement objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional Education Services revenue, bookings, margin, utilization, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year regional business growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive pipeline generation, identify new market opportunities, and lead forecast planning and performance reporting.
• Build strong relationships with sales leaders, account managers, customer success teams, and business unit leaders.
• Manage distributor and channel partner strategy, including onboarding and developing Authorized Training Partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and act as an escalation point for significant customer concerns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, channel management, sales, account management, or training services.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Experience presenting to senior decision‑makers and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
