Sr. Sourcing Manager

About the role

Workday is seeking a motivated Sr. Sourcing Manager to join its Source-to-Pay team. In this fast‑paced position you will handle a high volume of low‑to‑medium dollar sourcing projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement of software and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects in line with category strategies for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Manage a large number of sourcing requests using standardized procedures.
• Create, review and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick bids to select best‑value suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software or technology sourcing.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing principles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
