Sr Manager Brand Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Management Manager to lead the regional brand and communication strategy for Central America. The role will shape a differentiated value proposition, design high‑impact omnichannel campaigns, and ensure consistent brand execution across all formats.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve brand strategy, positioning and value proposition.
• Lead the annual planning of omnichannel campaigns and commercial seasons.
• Translate business objectives into communication strategies for the customer.
• Manage creative agencies and approve campaign concepts and materials.
• Guarantee brand consistency across all channels and formats.
• Integrate customer, business and market insights to strengthen strategy.
• Present strategies, results and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication or related fields.
• Proven experience in Brand Management, Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy or Consumer Marketing.
• Track record leading omnichannel campaigns and managing agency relationships.
• Strong knowledge of brand building, positioning and customer insights.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic vision combined with a focus on business results.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in San José, Costa Rica or Guatemala.
