Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the design, development, and execution of data solutions that drive business success. This remote position supports multiple functional areas, delivering automated data architectures for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project lead, designing and implementing data solutions, including dashboards, reports, and system applications.
• Develop automated data architectures enabling machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive analysis to senior leaders.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions, delivering ad‑hoc reports and analysis.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and providing training.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; postgraduate degree in Data Analytics preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact with senior management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
