Solutions Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist leads clients through onboarding, system enhancements, and data correction, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to go‑live hypercare. This role combines product knowledge, project management, and client relationship skills to deliver successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation and data quality, applying project management principles for efficient service activation.
• Foster client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic guidance on configuration options and recommending enhancements.
• Coordinate, test, and execute data feed transfers or corrections with clients to maintain or improve service continuity.
• Partner with Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Technology teams to resolve technical issues and advance client enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent business experience in an implementation or client‑facing role.
• 1‑2 years experience with HTML, XML, and web‑services.
• 1‑2 years experience with employee self‑service or SaaS web‑based applications.
• 1‑2 years experience with Python, APIs, and SQL.
• Excellent B2 English verbal and written communication skills.
