Software Engineer – Backend & Payment Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain new features for our platform. The role focuses on backend development, payment‑processing integration, and ensuring smooth deployment of services used by operators.

Key responsibilities

• Support departmental strategy and align features with company objectives.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and produce design, architecture, and implementation documents.
• Develop, test, and deploy new backend features, including payment‑processing solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the operator control system.
• Participate in code reviews, assist QA during validation, and create unit tests.
• Troubleshoot field issues, support on‑call rotations, and mentor junior engineers.
• Attend staff meetings and keep management informed of project status and risks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in object‑oriented design and development.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• At least 1 year of experience building REST APIs and applying design patterns.
• Intermediate verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
