Software Engineer - AI

About the role

Moody's is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in AI to build and deploy agentic AI solutions that power enterprise technology initiatives. You will work at the intersection of finance and cutting‑edge artificial intelligence, turning complex risk data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI‑powered applications and agentic solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate Python back‑end services with modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Implement generative AI use cases, including LLM‑based chatbots and domain‑specific tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high‑quality code.
• Maintain cloud‑based infrastructure using Docker, GitHub Actions, and version control best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience in the financial sector.
• University bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret API documentation and deliver production‑grade solutions.
• Experience managing AI‑related risks and promoting responsible AI adoption.
