Software Engineer – 3D Treatment Planning (Production Support)

About the role

Solventum is looking for a Software Engineer to support its internal 3D treatment planning platform. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the production system while collaborating closely with treatment planning specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Develop enhancements and workflow automation using C#/.NET, improving treatment planning features that work with 3D meshes, coordinate systems, and transformations.
• Partner with end‑users, product, quality, and DevOps teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and documentation for the platform.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with advanced C#/.NET skills.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D fundamentals (vectors, matrices, transformations, coordinate systems, 3D meshes) or experience in dental/CAD/medical imaging software.
• Experience troubleshooting production systems and working with SQL/relational databases.
