Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own social media strategy and execution across multiple brands. This is a remote contractor role, expected to transition to an employed arrangement over time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple brands, tailoring voice and content to each.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as needed).
• Write on‑brand copy and captions and coordinate visual assets.
• Build and maintain content calendars for each brand.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in each brand's voice.
• Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and adjust based on data.
• Stay current on platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing and creative team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional social media management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
• Native or near‑native written English with ability to write in different brand voices.
• Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage deadlines across several brands without close supervision.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience creating or coordinating visual content using Canva or similar.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Paid social advertising experience.
