Site Architect – Boutique Hospitality & Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Architect to join our in‑house design team, focusing on boutique hospitality and low‑rise residential developments such as villas and resorts. The role combines technical design, construction documentation, and on‑site architectural supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical architectural design from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.
• Translate design intent into buildable Revit models and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Provide on‑site architectural supervision during installation and construction works.
• Perform quality control of executed works against project documentation.
• Support the site team with day‑to‑day technical problem solving.
• Review and approve minor deviations from design documentation.
• Participate in inspection and acceptance of completed works with project managers and site engineers.
• Support tender and construction documentation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• At least 8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience with hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.
• Strong technical and construction understanding.
• Professional level of English and a strong portfolio.
