Shipper Success Associate – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

The Shipper Success Associate supports Amazon Shipping’s Shipper Support team from Costa Rica. Working remotely, you will handle shipper inquiries, process requests and assist with daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth shipping experience for Amazon’s business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to shipper inquiries via established channels, providing accurate information on services, policies and procedures.
• Process and track shipper requests, maintaining proper documentation and meeting SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting details.
• Maintain and update shipper records, case logs and internal tracking systems with high accuracy.
• Assist in compiling data and reports on shipper interactions, issue trends and team performance metrics.
• Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to workflows.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused mindset and willingness to learn Amazon’s logistics processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editors).
