Service Segment Operational Support

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring for a Service Segment Operational Support position in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week spent in an HPE office. It covers service planning, business analysis and revenue and margin responsibility for one solution or set of services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop product support or solution planning across the full lifecycle, including pricing strategy, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness.
• Represent services on product or solution core teams, feeding service requirements into product development and contributing to warranty support, cost analysis and marketing collateral.
• Perform business analysis, identify root causes and recommend solutions to drive business improvements.
• Collaborate with regions worldwide on service and support planning, implementation and performance.
• Own the revenue and margin contribution of one solution or related set of services.
• Use customer business requirements to build a business case, validate the solution and show added value.
• Lead key business initiatives supporting operational or financial improvement.

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
• Typically 5+ years in Account Management, Executive Account Management or other customer-facing roles.
• Advanced English; intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of the IT and services industry, products and end-to-end processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis and stakeholder influence skills.
• Planning, project management and change management skills.
