SEO Lead – B2B & Generative Engine Optimization

About the role

Deloitte’s Costa Rica office is looking for a hands‑on SEO Lead to shape and execute a sophisticated B2B organic search strategy. You will drive the integration of generative AI concepts into our search approach, ensuring Deloitte’s content becomes a trusted source for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end B2B SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, aligning it with business priorities.
• Develop GEO tactics that focus on topic clusters, semantic relevance, and AI‑synthesized answer optimization.
• Champion E‑E‑A‑T by implementing structured data, clear sourcing, and author‑centric signals.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, creative, and paid‑media teams to synchronize topic clusters, gap analyses, and integrated search plans.
• Produce technical site audits, competitive analyses, and keyword research using tools such as Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, and SEMrush.
• Deliver actionable reporting and insights that go beyond dashboards, documenting learnings for future campaigns.
• Educate internal teams through workshops on modern SEO fundamentals and the impact of generative AI.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of modern SEO, including topic authority, semantic search, and the influence of LLMs.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
• Strong project‑management skills with a resilient, problem‑solving mindset.
• Passion for teaching and enabling cross‑functional teams on SEO best practices.
