Senior Visual Design Analyst

About the role

The Senior Visual Design Analyst creates impactful, coherent graphics while ensuring uniqueness and consistency across client brands. This senior position leads junior designers, collaborates with creative leads, and supports client‑facing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and promote team alignment.
• Create templates and style guides that encourage creative freedom.
• Provide design direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Estimate time for design tasks and lead client presentations.
• Discuss and finalize grid and layout designs with clients.
• Recommend improvements to reports, tools, processes, and design tasks.
• Identify project risks early and propose viable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Spot business opportunities within the vertical and justify design decisions.
• Organize internal and external asset repositories and deliverables.
• Work independently to keep timelines on track and develop effective design solutions for complex problems.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in visual or graphic design.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and fluency in Spanish.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and strategic creative solutions.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and optimistic attitude toward change.
• Understanding of accessibility considerations such as color contrast and size.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
