Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to serve as the strategic driver behind our most critical customer initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, ensuring our Data Intelligence Platform evolves at the pace our global customers demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of cross‑functional programs, keeping projects on track across distributed engineering teams.
• Deeply understand the Databricks architecture to anticipate dependencies and technical bottlenecks between platform components.
• Act as the primary bridge between engineering and business units, translating technical constraints into clear timelines for leadership.
• Implement and refine Agile or Kanban workflows to improve team velocity without unnecessary friction.
• Proactively identify red‑flags in the development cycle, conduct root‑cause analysis for blockers, and drive resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably with Big Data and Financial Services background.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, SQL), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and AI/ML workflows.
• Proficiency in data‑driven tools such as Jira and Confluence to track metrics and report program health.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills to articulate complex technical topics to engineers and executives.
