Main Missions

• Lead the end-to-end development and integration of customized SAP solutions, covering design, construction, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, transforming their business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Influence project direction, vendors, and integrators to ensure strict alignment with delivery standards and methodologies.
• Manage large-scale SAP engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project risks, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in technical architecture, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex IT engagements and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural inclination for mentoring and team development.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact with clients at all organizational levels.
